Ingredients:

3/4 oz Malibu rum
3/4 oz white Creme de Cacao
1/4 oz Frangelico
1 splash Half-and-half
Whipped cream


Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with four squirts of canned whipped cream about 3/4 inches high at 12, 3, 6, and 9 O'Clock

Drink can also be made frozen by adding two scoopes of ice cream and one scoop of ice and serve in a tulip glass. Same Garnish. Now it is called a German Chocolate Blizzard.
