Olympia-Flip Recipe

Ingredients:

40 ml Galliano
30 ml Orange juice
30 ml Cream
1 Egg yolk


Preparation:
Put ingredients in shaker with ice, shake very well, pour out in a cocktail glass and put some fine cracked almonds over it as a decoration.
