Rock Lobster II Recipe

This is another recipe for a Rock Lobster as a pousse-cafe. It isn't as well known or as popular as the shooter.


Ingredients:
White creme de cacao
Amaretto
Irish Cream
Cream
Ground cinnamon

Preparation:
Layer equal parts in order given into a pony or shot glass. Sprinkle cinnamon on top
