This shooter is actually a pousse-cafe. Pousse-cafes are pretty layered drinks actually meant to be sipped to enjoy the flavor of each layer. Note that different brands have different densities or weights and your results in layering may vary.

White creme de menthe
White creme de cacao

Preparation:
Layer equal parts in order given into a pony or shot glass.
