Jack Rose Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz Applejack
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Grenadine
Preparation:
Shake with crushed ice and strain.
An old family recipe, which we generally serve as a festive drink prior to holiday dinners. For mass production a fifth of Applejack, a 12 oz. bottle of grenadine, and eight lemons work well. Use only freshly squeezed lemon juice for best taste.
