Lady 52 Recipe
Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Irish cream
1 - 1 1/2 oz Cream, fresh
1/2 oz Cointreau or Grand Marnier
Ground Chocolate
Preparation:
This a kind of a Pousse Cafe. Float Irish cream over the Kahlua. Shake Cream with Cointreau. Float on the Irish cream. Garnish with choclate.
This cocktail won an Israeli contest in 1990.
