Mamacita Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Malibu rum
1/2 oz Passoa
1/2 oz Cointreau
Guava syrup
1 Maraschino cherry
1 chunk Pineapple
Preparation:
In a hurricane glass with ice add malibu rum, passoa, and cointreau. Fill the balance with guava syrup and shake well. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple.
You may convert this into a frozen drink by mixing it in a blender. You may also substitute cointreau for triple sec or your favorite color of curacao.
