Martinet Recipe
Ingredients:
2 - 3 oz Gin
1 - 1 1/2 oz Lime juice
1 dash Vermouth
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker full of ice. Stir or shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Less sweet and more complex than a straightforward gimlet, it still has the deep green color and sweet acidity that Rose's lime juice lends it. And it tastes better than martinis.
