Vaina Recipe
Ingredients:
60 ml Sherry or Oporto
30 ml Chocolate liqueur
30 ml Cognac or Brandy
2 - 3 tblsp Powdered sugar
1 Egg yolk
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake it well. Serve in a red wine glass and add in the top a bit of powdered cinnamon .
This cocktail was created for the chilean soldiers in The Pacific War in the 19th century. Obviously the recipe have changed with the time.
