Batida Summerday Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 glass crushed Ice
4 cl Batida de Coco
8 cl Pineapple juice
2 cl Kirschwasser
3 dashes Grenadine
Preparation:
Fill a 1/2 glass with crushed ice. Pour in batida de coco, pineapple juice and Kirschwasser. Stir. Last add 3 dashes grenadine over it. Serve with 2 short straws and garnish with trophical fruits.
Use a half coconut instead of the glass.
