Flying Scotchman Recipe

Ingredients:

1 oz Scotch
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Bitters
1/4 tsp Sugar syrup


Preparation:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
