Washington Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
3/4 oz Brandy
1/2 tsp Sugar syrup
2 dashes Bitters


Preparation:
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
