White Lady Recipe

Ingredients:

2 oz Gin
1 Egg white
1 oz Light cream
1 tsp superfine Sugar


Preparation:
In a shaker half-filler with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
