Sea Fizz Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Absinthe (Deva)
1 half Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 Egg white
Seltzer or Club soda


Preparation:
Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass and fill with seltzer.
