Bride's Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Cups Fresh Pineapple Chunks, 1/2 Cup Sugar, 1 Cup Lemon Juice, 1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Pineapple Juice, 1 1/2 Cups Peach Brandy, 1 1/2 Quart White Rum, 2 Quarts Club Soda, 1 Pint Fresh Sliced Strawberries
Preparation:
Dissolve Sugar with Pineapple, Lemon Juice, and Pineapple Juice. Add the Brandy & Rum. Chill. Just before serving add a block of ice, Club Soda, and Strawberries.
Serves 20.
