Aviation Recipe

Maraschino liqueur only should be used as the juice from a jar of maraschino cherries or other cherry liqueurs are too sweet.


Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz. Maraschino liqueur
Lemon twist
Maraschino cherry

Preparation:
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon and/or with a maraschino cherry.
