Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 oz Bailey's irish cream
3/4 oz Pineapple juice
1/4 oz Grenadine
Preparation:
Mix equal parts of irish cream and pineapple juice in mixing tin filled with ice. Don't shake, just stir lightly. Pour genadine in glass and layer mixture on top.
I can't serve enough of these shots, they taste exactly like New York style cheesecake!
