King Alphonse Recipe

Pousse-cafes are pretty layered drinks actually meant to be sipped to enjoy the flavor of each layer. This one is traditionally served with a maraschino cherry on top.


Ingredients:
Dark creme de cacoa
Cream
Maraschino cherry

Preparation:
Layer equal parts in order given into a pony or cordial glass. Spear cherry & place on top of glass.
