Under Kurant Recipe
Ingredients:
1 oz Absolut Kurant
1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
Preparation:
Shake the Absolut Kurant, blue curacao, and pineapple juice with ice. Pour into a shot or low-ball glass, be sure and leave a bit of room to spare. Add just enough Chambord to color the bottom of the glass.
Tastes good and is highly effective!
