Voodoo Recipe

This drink is a good one for Mardi Gras or Halloween, but nice enough to drink anytime. It is actually a pousse-cafe. Pousse-cafes are pretty layered drinks actually meant to be sipped to enjoy the flavor of each layer. This can also be taken as a shot.

Tia Maria
Myer's Rum Cream
151 Rum

Preparation:
Layer equal parts in order given into a pony or shot glass.
